These Terms govern your use of Syllabuddy ("Service") at Syllabuddy.xyz. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us at syllabuddy.contact@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading content you don't have the right to share, attempting to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Accuracy
Outputs from the Service may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying all results against your original documents. Do not rely on Service output for critical decisions without independent verification.
6. Billing
We may offer a limited demo or preview at no charge so you can browse sample functionality. Full use of the Service, including uploading your own syllabi and persisting your work, is offered as a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DOWNTIME OR DATA LOSS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
